Bonnerventure, Inc. was founded in 2003 to manage real estate investments. Over the years, it has added few other enterprises, including Mobile App Development, Consulting Services and Retail Vendor Mall .
The principals of Bonnerventure, Sean and Jennifer Bonner, are entrepreneurial and tech savvy – and always open to interesting new ventures.
Bonnerventure, Inc. has been investing in residential rental properties since 2003. We have bought, managed and sold several properties over the years in Washington, Idaho and Texas. We also invest in multifamily syndications and fund of funds.
Bonnerventure also buys real estate notes nationwide, performing or nonperforming, and full or partial notes. We work with people to learn about note investing and adding this alternative investment to their portfolio and/or retirement accounts.
Sean and Jennifer are active members in the Noteschool and Subto communities. Both have attended multiple workshops, conferences, bootcamps and trainings in many aspects of real estate investing.
Jennifer Bonner is a Realtor licensed in Idaho with eXp Realty.
My Favorite Things started in 2005. It began as an experiment after having a couple different tenants in one of Bonnerventure’s commercial rental spaces go out of business and leave the place a mess. Could a business survive there – in small town Kellogg? We opened My Favorite Things in the 2000 square foot space to find out.
After a year of success at that location, we had the opportunity to take over an 8,000 square foot space in a much more populated area – so we did it… and 3 years after that, took on another 10,000 square foot space next door!
My Favorite Things celebrated it’s 17th anniversary at it’s current Post Falls location on August 1, 2023.
The former location in Kellogg has been home to JB’s Country Garden Floral and Gift since 2007 – a very popular Silver Valley business.
